    Telecommunications Analysis & Support #2

    The Telecom Analyst is responsible for reviewing telecom orders, billing, and service records to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support operational efficiency.

    ✅ Key Responsibilities

    • Analyze telecom orders, invoices, and service records
    • Validate provisioning, disconnections, and service changes
    • Identify billing discrepancies and recommend corrections
    • Coordinate with US telecom carriers and internal teams
    • Maintain reports and support process improvements

    🎯 Qualifications

    • At least 4 years of experience in US Telecom accounts (e.g., AT&T, Verizon (wireline), Comcast, Spectrum)
    • Background in billing, provisioning, order management, or telecom operations
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent English communication skills
