The concept of Kruew staffing solutions was born out of necessity over 15 years ago. Founder Mark Sharp was building and developing robust teams for his Telecom Management company when he inadvertently created the ‘secret sauce’ for creating winning BPO teams. Kruew was created from the years of success achieved employing this process.
We take a boutique tactical approach to a previously bulk process.
