The Telecom Analyst is responsible for reviewing telecom orders, billing, and service records to ensure accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze telecom orders, invoices, and service records
Validate provisioning, disconnections, and service changes
Identify billing discrepancies and recommend corrections
Coordinate with US telecom carriers and internal teams
Maintain reports and support process improvements
At least 4 years of experience in US Telecom accounts (e.g., AT&T, Verizon (wireline), Comcast, Spectrum)
Background in billing, provisioning, order management, or telecom operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent English communication skills
